He is survived by: his son William Johnson (Racine); his stepdaughters, Judah Kosterman (Michael Lewandowski) of Phoenixville, PA. and Clare Kosterman of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandsons, Kyle Sandow Madison (Austin Schopbach) and Ray Lewandowski of Phoenixville, PA..
