In the vast expanse of eternity, Regina shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Regina farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Tolliver and Bernena Tolliver; and her sisters, Jeanice Duffy and Judy Honore. She is survived by: her husband Harland B. Werth Jr.; and her brothers, Kurt (Julie), John Tolliver and Ken Tolliver.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home - Racine (1212 Lathrop Ave, Racine, WI 53405). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mound Cemetery (1147 West Blvd, Racine, WI 53405). An entombment will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the same location.
