He is survived by: his wife Jamine "Jamie" Kralicek; his daughters, Debbie Slifka (Shane), Dawn Dreyer (Tony) and Diana Walls (Terry); his sisters, Gloria Stark and Margaret Kralicek; and his sister-in-law Darla Duffey (Ernie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
