He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Mavis; his son Jeremiah "Jay" Brook; his sister Janet VanBrunt; his niece Tanya Mejia; his great-nephew Jacob Mejia; and his pet Rainna Brook.
He is survived by: his son Joshua Brook; and his grandchildren, Rhylee and Zaylen Jay Brook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
