He is survived by: his mother Norma; his wife Virginia; his children, Tony Perales (Katrina), Juan Perales (Lisa), Cynthia Shaw (Anthony) and Joshua Braaksma; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jessica, Patricia, Miranda, Virginia, Samuel, Joseph, Carlos, Tony Jr., Tito, Gabriella, Anthony, Arielle, Santianna, Joe, Carol Ann, Danastajia, Nydia and Michael; and his siblings, Jean, Holly, Ray, Donald, Gary, Richard, Terry and Thom. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
