He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Ella; his sister Elizabeth "Betty"; his siblings-in-law, Ralph Paur and Cathie Peterson; and his nieces, Nancy Toscano and Joanne Riffer.
He is survived by: his wife Christy Gianforte; his children, Michael Schliesmann (Jean) of Gilbert, AZ, Dawn Schliesmann of Mesa, AZ and Jennifer Janzer (Kevin) of Racine; his grandchildren, Julie Linder (Jeff), Kristina Hutzler (Matt), Victoria Lafferty (Chase), Mary Worm (Daniel), Mike Schliesmann (Stacey) and Sarah Schliesmann; his great grandchildren, Dylan Waite, Grace Dexter, Jacob Livingston, Amelia Hutzler, Miles, Graham, Hayes Worm, Eli and Chloe Schliesmann; and his sister-in-law Margaret Gianforte. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
