He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Rose; and his siblings-in-law, Clara Brown (Jerry), Honey Lou Mieczkowski, Dave Dower and Fred Schoeffler (Eleanor).

He is survived by: his children, Roger Schoeffler (Deb) of Mt. Pleasant, WI, Ronald Schoeffler (Peggy) of Lavalle, WI and Paula Rorek (Chuck) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Matthew Schoeffler (Sadie), Samantha Isbell, Steven Saavedra (Nicole) and Ryan Saavedra; his great grandchildren, Reese Saavedra, Lacey Saavedra and Grayson Saavedra; and his sister Sandra Dower of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by His nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
