He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Pearl; his wife Marilyn J. Miller of John's Lutheran Church; his brother Russell; and his sister-in-law Lydia Stephan.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis Stephan (Dawn) and Mary Pierce (Scott); his grandchildren, Christopher Pierce (Leah), Sarah Marquardt (Isaiah) and Amy Stephan; his great grandchildren, Malachi and Moriah Pierce; and his nieces, Kathy Born (Ralph), Karen Hagen (Mike) and Jenny Thut (Kirk).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CST First Evangelical Lutheran Church (728 Villa St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Graceland Cemetery.
