He is survived by: his daughters, Taylor Baker (Jon) and Meghann Taggart; his grandchildren, Raelynn, Amos and Waylon; his mother Diane Taggart; his siblings, Colleen Benner (Mike), Patrick Taggart (Brenda), Michael Taggart (Mary), Maureen Radtke (Bill) and Laura Ogren; and his godparents, Tim Taggart and Terry Graham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
