She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Compton and Mary Akers; her husband Michael Wenzel; her stepfather Charles Johnson; and her siblings, Wanda Roberts and Johnnie Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wenzel II, Jason Wenzel (Sally) and Alysha LaFleur (Andrew); her grandchildren, Landon, Levi, Logan, Graham, Oliver, Hayden, Skyler, Payton, Lillyan and Sadie; and her siblings, Barbra Turner and Jewell Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
