With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robin Wiggins (Racine, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 15, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Susie; his brothers, Herman and Angelo Wiggins; and his grandparents, Frank and Mary Anderson.
He is survived by: his brother Dennis; his nephew Devon Caballeso-Zavato of Arizona; his nieces, Amanda Burrell of New Orleans, Amy Anderson (Darnell) of Milwaukee, Jamie, Jessica and Janice Hardin of Racine; his close friends, Doug Petty and Darlene Billups; and his sister Mary Jeffries of Racine. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
