He was predeceased by: his father John Therkelsen; and his sister-in-law Helen. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Dietel; his wife Sandy Therkelsen; his sons, Mark Therkelsen and Thomas Therkelsen (Cindi); his grandson Mateo Mascarette; and his siblings, John Therkelsen and Marcia Post (Danny).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home - Racine (1212 Lathrop Ave, Racine, WI 53405). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
