He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Cindy Johnson (Cory Hudec) and Jon Cramer (Tanya); and his daughter-in-law Lizz Otto. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives, church family & friends.
