He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Hooks (McClain) of Egan, MN; his children, Nichole Hooks of Houston, TX, Nicholas Hooks of St. Paul, MN and Benjamin Hooks of Racine; his grandchildren, Bobby Shelby, Lamiiya Shelby, Saraya Hooks and Isaiah Herndon; his great great grandchildren, Amena Shelby and Mia Shelby; his siblings, Murphy Hooks of Racine, Edward Hooks of Racine, Robin Hunter (Patrick) of San Antonio, TX and Nancy Fuentez (Antonio) of Farmington, MN.; and his friend Ronnie. He is also survived by His nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives.
