We are sad to announce that, on October 15, 2023, at the age of 65, Rosa L. Napier (Racine, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy and Freda; her husband Jessie Napier; her daughter Brenda Lawrence (Randy); and her grandson Brandon Perez.

She is survived by: her children, Seanna Lopez (Raymond), Ronnie Todd and Bo Todd (Joanne); and her friend Ted. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
