He is survived by: his son Isaiah Scott Giron; his parents, Marco Giron and Sharon Giron (Dennis Beatovic); his sister Christine Venegas (Vin); his nibling Sloan; his grandmother Lorraine Mucinskas; his uncle Carlos Giron (Barb); his cousins, Tony, Laura, Wendy and Brittany; his aunt Beverly Mrozek; his cousins, Staci Mrozek (Eric Greene) and Stephanie Mrozek; his uncle Peter "Pete" Elmer; his friends, Daniel Kappa and Chris Uran; Chance Mrozek.

Memorials to the family have been suggested, as an education fund will be established in Isaiah's name.
