It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott William Bosak (Racine, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen and Beatrice; and his brother Geoff. He is survived by: his wife Hope Zierten; his children, Bradley Bosak (Hailey Vaughn) and Brooke Bosak; his brothers, Gary Bosak (Cheryl) and Gregg Bosak (Barb); and his in-laws, Jill Fletcher, Scott Zierten (Mary), Todd Zierten (Joan), Dean Zierten (Lori) and Beth Franklin (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Faith Community Church have been suggested.
