She was predeceased by: her parents, R. C. Nevin and Alice Wright Nevin; her former husband J. P. Collentine (Monk); and her daughter Sheila Ellen Ryan. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Patrick Collentine; and her children, Patricia Chevis (Bruce), Timothy (Nancy), John (Cindi) and William (Nancy). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast have been suggested by the family.
