He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Rosemary; his nephew T. J. Brucker; and his pet Zohr. He is survived by: his siblings, James Guziak (Michael), Kimberly Guziak, Denise Peterson (Craig) and Mike Guziak (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Grant Peterson, Arden Peterson, Alex Guziak, Nick Guziak and Lauren Guziak; and his former wife Shari Guziak.
