He was predeceased by: his father Chia Pei Liu. He is survived by: his mother Yu Tsue Chang; his wife Sherry; and his children, Jennifer (Eugene) and Andrew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Purath Strand Funeral Home (3915 Douglas Ave, Racine, WI 53402). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the West Lawn Memorial Park (9000 Washington Ave, Racine, WI 53406).
