He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Collopy; his son Michael K Collopy; and his siblings, Mickey Collopy, Jeanette Hogan, Vera Hitz, Pat Darby and Jean Blake.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Marcus (Jim Metzger) and Karen Collopy (James Sibenaller); his wife Cecilia Howard; his son Tom Collopy; his grandchildren, Kelly (Nicole Nava), Deanna (Jonah Rodriguez) and Megan Rooney (Matt Kniskern); his children, Mike Calendo (Meg Calendo) and Niccole Calendo; his great grandchildren, Simone Rooney, Zinnia Rooney and Madden Calendo; and his grandsons, Brother Donald Collopy (Diane) and Morris Garcelon (Maureen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
