He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Casebolt; his in-laws, Jens and Barbara Andersen; and his aunt Jo. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Michael Casebolt (Elizabeth) of Lynchburg, VA, Katie Belongia (Phil) of Racine and Kara Avery (Derik) of Racine; his grandchildren, Thatcher, Jonas Casebolt, Aria, Aurora, Holden Kemp Belongia, James and Baylor Avery; his mother Delores Casebolt; and his siblings, Mary Lees (Michael), Dave Casebolt (Kim), Julie Inman (Walter), Tim Andersen (Nancy), Dan Andersen (Karen), Ted Andersen (Janice Weber) and Tina Griesbaum (Tim). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Assn have been suggested.
