He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra "Sandi". He is survived by: his father David; his sisters, Tara Purdy (Juston Dooley) and Tia Hasse (Cash); and his nibling Andi. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
