With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Locke (Racine, Wisconsin), born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 21, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Locke and Phyllis Locke; and his sister Rhonda Polzin. He is survived by: his children, Jeramy Locke (Alicia), Jacquelyn Chrysler and Julianne Becker; and his siblings, Edgar Locke (Debbie) and Jennifer Seybold.
