Tyler leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Tyler’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Tyler will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Slusar and Tasha Slusar; his sibling Lincoln James Thomas; his aunt Kelly; his godmother Sarah Vytlacil; and his uncle Tom Thielen. He was also cherished by his parents, brother and grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, Tyler's family requests that donations be made to the Make-A-Wish foundation.
