He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Crystel Rabideau (Wayne) and Renne Wendt (Bill); his grandchildren, Dana, Steve, Mike, Julie, Dave, Valerie, Taylor and Averi; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Emeri, Kade, Shayla, Andie and Shay Jr.; his siblings, Donna Harnesk, Judy Hulsey (Gene) and Roger Caskey (Kathy); his sister-in-law Marie Caskey; and his family, Norman Hulsey, Leanne Kettlehone (Tim), David Hulsey, Steven Hulsey (Wendi) and Kim Hulsey. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
