He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Doris; his wife Judy May Collins; his brothers, Jerry, Jim and Jack; his sister-in-law Pam Hoff; and his in-laws, Elaine and John O'Donnell.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas Hoff; his sister-in-law Connie Hoff Kolasinski; his cousins, Barb Vanderleest, Pat Vanderleest, Mary Vanderleest, Kay Richards and Bob Vanderleest; and his nieces and nephews, Tracey, Tammy, Teri, Kelly, Christine, Ann, Nina, Troy, Mike, James, Mark, Michael, David and Tad. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews; other relatives and dear friends.
Interment with Full Military Honors will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Marshfield, WI on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. Memorials to the Hoff Scholarship Fund at North Pointe United Methodist Church have been suggested.
