He was predeceased by: his father William Joseph Chapin (Doris); his sisters, Barbara Ann Mann (Gordon) and Catherine Lyons (Jim); and his brother-in-law Terry Lee Shufelt. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean; his children, Leslie Ann Myers and Daniel Myers; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Mock (Roger) and Phillip Shufelt (Pam). He is also survived by other relatives, work family & friends.
