William O. Skaggs Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hassel Skaggs and Anna "Louise" Skaggs; and his brother Randall "Joe" Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Susan "Sue" Stogny; his children, Ryan (Amanda) of Waukesha and Kelly Skaggs of Sturtevant; his grandchildren, Annalee and Addison; his siblings, Brenda Vite (Edward) of Kenosha, Corrine Etchison (late Steven) of Racine, Mary J. Skaggs of Racine and Robert (Margaret) of Milwaukee; his siblings-in-law, John and Nancy Stogny of Minnesota; and his aunt Jackie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
