He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Oosterhouse and Ruby Oosterhouse (Van Ruiswijk). He is survived by: his wife Faye Oosterhouse; his daughter Jackie McIntyre (Kolby); his grandsons, Thomas Oscar and Simon Daniel; his siblings, Richard Oosterhouse (Sharon), Kenneth, Ronald, Keith Oosterhouse, Gordon Oosterhouse (Kris) and Sandra Tek (Kyry); and his caregivers, Rita, Jessica and Valerie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Second Christian Reformed Church.
