He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wiersma and Alberta Wiersma Sr. (Boomsma); his wife Ardis Wiersma; his brothers, Wayne Wiersma and Clifford "Bud" Wiersma, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Alsum, Ron Kok, Jay Driesenga, Jim Syens and Ken Rozema.
He is survived by: his close friend Marlene Hughes; his children, Kenneth Wiersma (Jennifer) of Necedah, Darrell Wiersma (Shelly) of Randolph, Shelly Cupery (David) of Randolph and Brian Wiersma (Teresa) of Randolph; his grandchildren, Marc Wiersma (Candice), Kimberly Gessner (Mark), Alicia Pulvermacher (Dan), Tiffany Lingle (Jason), Sam Wiersma (Rebecca), Jon Cupery (Hailey), Josh Cupery (Molly Nelson), Austin Wiersma, Brianna Wiersma and Ashtyn Wiersma; his brothers, Gene Wiersma (Linda) and Marvin Wiersma (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Wiersma, Harlene Kok-Driesenga, Janice Syens, Thelma Rozema and Randy Alsum (Marlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Second Christian Reformed Church (332 Tamarack St, Randolph, WI 53956). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been directed to the Second Christian Reformed Church.
