He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kok and Grace Kok (Schregardus); his wife Carol Huizenga; his siblings, Lucille Swaagman, Shirley Bishop, Glenda Kok and Ronald Kok; and his brothers-in-law, Darvin Swaagman and Dale Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Kok (LouAnn) of Fox Lake, Marie Vossekuil (Timothy) of Randolph and Merle Kok (Cheryl) of Fox Lake; his grandchildren, Sam Kok (Mary), Tasha Niemi (Nick), Courtney, Chad (Haley Maxon), Molly Vossekuil, Chelsea Foegen (Justin), Rachel Brenholt (Joshua), Erik Kok and Melanie Kok (Alex Gutierrez); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Oliver, Adelaide Niemi, Joseph, Ella Kok, Calvin, Charlotte Foegen, Peyton, LouElla and DeLainey Brenholt; his brother Julius Kok (Arlette) of Michigan; and his sister-in-law Harlene Driesenga of Michigan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Second Christian Reformed Church (332 Tamarack St, Randolph, WI 53956). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
