He was predeceased by : his parents, William and Laurine O'Keefe (Kettenhoven); and his brother William. He is survived by : his daughter Amanda Schaefer (Greg); his brothers, Dennis and Eugene (Julie); his sister-in-law Betty O'Keefe; his nieces and nephews, Kim, Pam, Amy, Laura, Kathleen, Heather, Ryan and Sarah; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lorenna, Calin, Morra, Courtney, Clay, Hailey and Ella; his family, Pauline, Amanda, Greg, Reed and Olivia; his caregivers, Becky, Kat, Danielle, Cory and Colleen; and his friends, Tim, Barb, Dave, Debbie, Lee, Jill, Marlin, Joy, Susan, Eric, Katie, Patrick, Sandy, Joe and Craig.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Horizon Lawlis Family Hospice (Mequon) in Craig's memory.
