He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kubicek and Margaret "Peggy" Kubicek; and his wife Nancy Bertram. He is survived by: his children, Tony Kubicek (Laura), Kadie Peters (Chad), Amanda Kadow (Elliot) and Vince Zielinski (Heather); and his grandchildren, Milly, Zoe, Lexi, Oona Zielinski and Casey Kubicek. He is also survived by four brothers, one sister, other relatives, and many dear friends.
