Joanne L. Kultgen Obituary

The memory of Joanne L. Kultgen of Random Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 19, 2026 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wagner and Elaine Wagner; her husband Lee; her brother Gerald Wagner (late Darlene); her parents-in-law, Leo and Ann Kultgen; her brothers-in-law, Alfred Kultgen, John Kultgen and Ronnie Schommer; and her nephew Mark Schommer.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Kultgen (Steve) of Random Lake and Todd Kultgen (Kris) of Batavia; her grandsons, Kyle and Luke Kultgen; her brother Neil Wagner (JoAnn); and her siblings-in-law, Henry Kultgen (Judy), Paul Kultgen (Bev), Mary Schommer and Pam Kultgen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice or the Random Lake Ambulance Service in Joanne's memory.
