She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gruber and Taeko Gruber. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Chmielewski, Robert Chmielewski, Lisa Helm (Rob), Larry Chmielewski (Jessica) and Nicole Carini; and her siblings, Hatsue Yoshimoto (Hisao), Cathy Engelman, Patricia Takamine, Tony Gruber (Pam), Monica Kelley (Dennis), Lena Hennessy (Tom), John Gruber, Gene Gruber (Pam) and Rick Gruber (Michelle). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service - Kewaskum (215 Forest Ave, Kewaskum, WI 53040). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
