She is survived by: her husband Michael Polyak; her children, Jessica Koch (Bryan), Pamela, Melissa Marsh (Brian) and Bika Francis (Solomon); her grandchildren, Amiah, Jordy, Brody and Connor; and her siblings-in-law, Jane Joyce (Dennis), Jean Drew (Dan) and Mary Strom (Paul). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
