He is survived by: his wife Arlene Kille of Michael's Church Hewitt; his daughters, Eva Harvey (Matthew) and Robbie Greathouse (Hugh); his granddaughters, Hannah Harvey, Jennifer Krajewski (Ed), Nicole, Rachel and Carly Greathouse; and his great grandchildren, Estelle, Ezra, Peter, Sydney and Oliver.
