He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Friedemann and Hildegarde Friedemann; and his siblings, Doris and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Ruth McKenna; his sons, Scott Friedemann (Carolyn) of North Lake, WI and Craig Friedemann of Madison, WI; his granddaughters, Andrea Glewwe (Matthew) of Mendota Heights, MN and Sara Uckelman (Joel) of Durham, England; his great grandchildren, Owen, Leah, Bogomila, Krassimir, Tsvetomira, Reuben, Rinnah, Evania, Gloria, Ebenezer Glewwe and Gwendolyn Uckelman; his stepdaughter Debra Verhage (David); his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Verhage (Sara), Wendy Kinney (Jon) and Heidi Verhage; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jacob Verhage (Gina), Aislinn Verhage, Lily Verhage, Josie, Janie and Elsie Kinney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
