As Herman departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Herman may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Herman leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Kempfer and Bernice Kempfer (Hackbarth). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Michael Kempfer of Beaver Dam; his siblings, Judy McMichael (Ernie), Carlene VanBeek, Carlton Kempfer (Jayne) and Chris Kempfer (Annette); and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Redgranite Lion's Hall (145 Dearborn St, Redgranite, WI 54970). The military honors will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lions Hall (145 Dearborn St, Redgranite, WI 54970).
