He was predeceased by : his father Charles Stevens; and his uncles, Norman Thrasher (Susan), Larry, Edwin (Gladys) and Richard Stevens.

He is survived by : his mother Gloria Stevens (Thrasher); his daughters, Valerie Stevens and Nicole Stevens (Erin); his siblings, Dianne Baumann (Bill Baumhardt), Joshua Stevens (Michelle) and Jerrold Stevens (Jessica); his aunt Charlotte Gauthier (Ron); his uncle Bill Stevens (Dave Binder); his nieces and nephews, Danielle Abraham (Cory), Deanna Bayer (Steven, Jr.), Arthur, Alexandria, Josephine Stevens, Jensina and Janna Stevens; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie, Wyatt Abraham, Kaylee and Logan Bayer.
