He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Goodyear, Brooklyn Buckholt and Bailey Buckholt; his grandsons, Carter and Reeden; and his siblings, Mark Buckholt (Denise), Randy Buckholt (Mary), Glenn Buckholt, John Hill, Becky Buckholt, Cindy McDonald Schmidtke and Nellie Renner.
