He is survived by: his wife Cara Perkins (Holsclaw); his mother Lynda Cottone (Ralph); his siblings, Terry Lee Tabbert, Cody Tabbert (Kallie) and Shannon Tabbert; his nieces and nephews, Jaramiah, Tyler, Evelynn, Airreyanna, Jazmyn, Jaysie (Jaybird), Jaxon, Juliana (Jules), Abby and Maxie; and his godchildren, Klairabelle, Aubree, Paisley O'Neil and Juliana.
