He was predeceased by: his father Clinton C. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Chad Strampe (Anastasia) and Lacey Hall (Erin); his grandchildren, Brooke, Madison, Nicholas, Mason, Sabrina and Gavin; his mother Dolora Phillips-Brewer (Ed); and his siblings, Ron Phillips (Barb), Kim Phillips (Stacey) and Alice Chenoweth (Joe). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
