He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfrid Kosak and June Kosak (Rose); and his siblings, John Kosak and Jean Read. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Kathy); his children, Crystal Diederich-Kosak (Kyle) and Christopher Kosak; his siblings, Dan Kosak (Patti), Jim Kosak, Terri Knutson, Mary Seering (Jeff), Linda Kosak, Lori Kosak, Kathy Kosak and Barbara Kosak-Schlaefer; and his in-laws, Ed Fitzgerald (Gerry Ann), Dan Fitzgerald (Pat), Terri Radke (Pete), Peg Schluter (Jerry), Kristy Kasten Gary and Kelley BonDurant (Matt).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Farber Funeral Funeral Home (2000 Viking Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Fusch Center (2090 Ridgeview Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959).
