He is survived by: his wife Janey Sue Cheek; his children, Carolyn Chambers, Shelly Kiefer (Michael), Blake Pace (Teresa), Brandon Pace (Ruffa) and Christie Mislivecek (Shaun); his grandchildren, Shannon Kiefer and Alyssa Jeffrey (Zach); his great grandchild Aspen; his grandchildren, Mikala Kiefer, Tyler Pace (Julie) and Autumn Ties (Bryce); his great grandchild Wyatt; his grandchildren, Cole, Olivia and Shane Mislivecek; and his sister Janice Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and a brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Reedsburg Area Medical Center or the Sauk County Health Care Center.
