She is survived by: her mother Jean M. Holtz (Suszycki) of Reedsburg; her brother Randy Holtz of Columbus; her daughter Nicole Amundsen (Jeff); her grandchildren, Gavyn, Jakob and Brenna; her great grandchildren, Huxley, Millie and Novah; and her aunts, Bernie Holtz and Helen Grover.
