He is survived by: his parents, Todd Richard Peper (Lynnette Meister) and Mollie Jo Peper; his sister Emma Jo Peper (Peper); his close friend Devin Judd; his godfather Jim Phillipii (Emmie Phillipii); his grandparents, Janet Peper, Richard Peper, Ben Biser and Trudy Judd; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Meister (Mark Meister), Chris Drea (Tim Drea) and Josh Biser (Mary Sternitzky); and his cousins, Mardi Biser (Lance Thuma), Benjamin Drea (Mindy Drea), Keagan Drea, Shannon Drea, Cody Meister (Rhiannon Meister) and Tyler Meister (Hannah Sobojinski).
