Ethan left this world on July 5, 2025 at the age of 22, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his pet Maggie; his brother Kolbi Richard; his uncle Louie; and his grandfather Pop Judd. He is survived by: his parents, Todd Richard Peper (Lynnette Meister) and Mollie Jo Peper; his sister Emma Jo Peper (Peper); his close friend Devin Judd; his godfather Jim Phillipii (Emmie Phillipii); his grandparents, Janet Peper, Richard Peper, Ben Biser and Trudy Judd; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Meister (Mark Meister), Chris Drea (Tim Drea) and Josh Biser (Mary Sternitzky); and his cousins, Mardi Biser (Lance Thuma), Benjamin Drea (Mindy Drea), Keagan Drea, Shannon Drea, Cody Meister (Rhiannon Meister) and Tyler Meister (Hannah Sobojinski).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Farber Funeral Home (2000 Viking Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
