It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Thomas Henke of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay Thomas Henke to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his son Taylor Jay Henke; and his siblings, Jerry Henke (Linda), Joni Matteson, Sara Osborn (Chub Klingenmeyer) and Kim Hahn (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home (401 Madison Ave, Baraboo, WI 53913). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
