He was predeceased by : his parents, Norbert Lex and Betty Lex. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ellis; his daughters, Maggie Lopez (Angel), Trisha Magel (Shane Hughes) and Brandi Andino (Mario); his granddaughters, Vaeda and Aria; and his siblings, Steve (Jan Merten), Bob (Cindy Zaemich), Brian (Vickie), Tom (Karen), Joan Nowak and Patti Lex. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
